AEC has partnered with Amshale and TSG Global Holdings to build a 10 Mtpa (485 kb/d) ethane export terminal in Port Arthur, Texas. This terminal's capacity is twice the size of Enterprise's Morgan's Point terminal, and is sized to export nearly a third of current US ethane production.  Nanshan's 2.5 Mtpa contract is nearly twice as large as Reliance's existing deal with Enterprise.
