This includes: Dakota Access: a directive to expeditiously review and approve the 450 kb/d Bakken pipeline Keystone XL: an invitation to TransCanada to resubmit an application for the 830 kb/d pipeline and a directive to issue a decision within 60 days Local content: a memorandum to the Secretary of Commerce to develop a plan in 6 months to mandate the use of US steel in all pipelines
