As a minor side-note in the Wood Mackenzie Insight “The U.S. Wind Energy Production Tax Credit – time for a change” published July 16th, Wood Mackenzie opined that ERCOT’s recent upward revision to the reliability contribution of wind generators could provide a false sense of security to grid operator and Texas regulators.
