RES Group, a UK-based developer, EPC and operator of renewable projects across the globe, has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire Ingeteam’s renewables service business for an undisclosed amount. Following the closure of the deal, the company will become the largest cross-technology, end-to-end provider of services on renewable energy facilities, increasing the total renewable capacity under operations and maintenance to 23 GW.
