On November 6th, fourteen states elected governors from the Democratic party. This has created a new political landscape where the probability of additional renewables build is greatly increased. This brief assesses ten states, examining the likelihood of an RPS increase given the new political climate and looks at the total addressable market for renewables if a 50% RPS increased were implemented.
