Company Report
Cepsa refining and oil products summary
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
CEPSA is fully owned by IPIC (Abu Dhabi’s International Petroleum Investment Company). Despite the company's focus on E&P growth, the refining and marketing division remains the core of CEPSA's business. The company maintained its market share in the Spanish and Portuguese markets in 2015 and its footprint remains concentrated in the Iberian Peninsula. Low crude oil prices pushed E&P into a loss in 2015 but this was offset by exceptional R&M results.
