2019 Angola research trip key takeaways
Report summary
In February 2019, Wood Mackenzie travelled to Luanda in Angola for research. We met with E&P companies, service companies and the NOC, Sonangol to discuss key themes and the latest developments. Once again, reforms were the major talking point as, during our visit, Angola's new National Agency for Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels was officially launched. The agency will take over from Sonangol as concessionaire, in an attempt to improve transparency and kick start exploration and investment. Download this Insight to find out more, and see the key takeaways from our trip.
