On 22 September, A.P. Møller - Mærsk (APMM) announced an update of its strategic review, initiated in June 2016. It has been decided that the group will be split into two separate entities: a transportation and logistics arm and an energy division. In this Inform we briefly explore the implications of this action and the strategic drivers behind the decision.
