Ain Tsila is located on the Isarene block, 85 kilometres south of the Tin Fouye Tabankort field in south-eastern Algeria. After small discoveries in the 1950s and 1960s, Petroceltic - which became Sunny Hill Energy in 2019 - made the large Ain Tsila wet gas discovery in 2009.
