2021 was a fairly quiet year for Alaska’s upstream sector. While recovering from some of the challenges of 2020, new hurdles were raised. A few key events stood out: How did production fair after the shut-ins and project delays seen in 2020? What transpired in the highly contentious ANWR leasing sale?
