Report summary
On 3 December, Anadarko and Eni signed a Unitisation and Unit Operating Agreement (UUOA) for the straddling gas resources in Mozambique’s Rovuma Basin. The companies will initially each develop up to 12 tcf in a separate but coordinated developments while the remaining volumes from the Prosperidade and Mamba fields will be developed jointly via a new operator, which will be owned by Anadarko and Eni. Anadarko also announced an MoU to supply gas to the domestic market.
