Anyue
Report summary
The giant Anyue gas discovery, located in the Sichuan basin, is the largest marine carbonate gas field found to date in China. PetroChina moved the field quickly into development and brought the pilot project onstream in December 2013, just one year after the discovery. Several development phases have been completed. The Cambrian Longwangmiao and the Sinian Dengying formations are the main reservoirs.The field targets 1,645 mmcfd of gas by the end of the 14th five-year period (2021-2025).
