Appaloosa (MC 460) is a small oil and gas field located in the Mississippi Canyon protraction area in 860 metres (2 822 feet) of water. A Federal Unit was awarded in May 2007 over MC 460 MC 459 the north half of block MC 503 and the north half of block MC 504. Eni is the sole owner and operator of the field.
