Argentina's Neuquén province is hosting a licensing round featuring acreage in the country's most prolific hydrocarbon basin.  The round offers 12 blocks covering 2,441 square kilometres that are prospective for both conventional and unconventional developments in the Neuquén Basin.  Gas y Petróleo del Neuquén S.A.(GyP), Neuquén's provincial hydrocarbon company, will take a minimum 10% interest in the blocks. Bids are due in July, and contracts will be signed in August.
