Report summary
The Avalon field is located 40 kilometres west of the Forties field in the Central North Sea. It was discovered in 2014 by Summit E&P. Ping Petroleum now owns 100% equity and will seek a farm-in partner to develop the field.Ping Petroleum has evaluated several development concepts. It likely to develop the field with two wells tied-back to a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel.
