Baram Delta
Report summary
The Baram Delta PSC comprised of a collection of oil, and oil and gas fields, offshore northern Sarawak, that began producing under the 1976 Sarawak Shell PSC. The fields were transferred to the Baram Delta PSC on expiry of their initial 15-year production licences. The fields have been developed via a series of large production complexes, incorporating wellhead, processing and compression platforms, linked by several interconnecting pipelines. In November 2011, Shell and PETRONAS signed Heads of Agreements (HoAs) to participate in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) schemes on the North Sabah and Baram Delta PSCs.
