Report summary
Located in the Baram Delta basin offshore Sarawak, the Baram Junior Cluster consists of six gas fields; Salbiah, Fatimah, Hasnah, Lembuk, Bario and Betty Timur . The cluster was awarded to Dialog and PETROS in 2022, and FID was taken in 2025. The cluster is one the first assets to FID under the new Small Field Asset fiscal terms, introduced by PETRONAS MPM in 2021. The operator targets first gas from the Salbiah field in 2027.
