Bauna is a relatively small shallow-water post-salt light oil field in the southwest of the Santos basin. It was discovered by Petrobras in 2008 and is being produced through the 80,000 b/d oil capacity FPSO Cidade de Itajaí. Following extended well tests over 2010 and 2011, the field was fully brought onstream in February 2013 through nine wells (six producers and three injectors).Our valuation assumes modest rework in the field after Karoon Energy acquisition.
