Brasse is an oil and associated gas field located close to the Oseberg field in the Northern North Sea. In August 2023, the project partners agreed to develop Brasse as a two-well subsea tie-back to the OKEA operated Brage platform, 13 kilometres to the north. DNO also transferred operatorship of licence PL740, and the project, to OKEA with the aim of maximizing cost synergies with Brage and delivering a lower cost development. A final investment decision is expected in early 2024, with production targeted for 2026.
