Report summary
Block 14 is a deepwater block in the Lower Congo basin, ranging between 60 and 150 kilometres offshore the Cabinda region of Angola. Chevron was awarded the acreage in March 1995. Nine fields have been developed via the Tombua and Landana (TL), Benguela, Belize, Lobito and Tomboco (BBLT) and Kuito developments. In 2020, the three development areas were consolidated under one tax ring-fence.
