Block 14 is a deepwater block in the Lower Congo basin, ranging between 60 and 150 kilometres offshore the Cabinda region of Angola. Chevron was awarded the acreage in March 1995 and made 12 discoveries. Eight of these fields were developed via the Tombua and Landana (TL), Benguela, Belize, Lobito and Tomboco (BBLT) and Kuito developments.
