Report summary
Block 15-2 is located in the Cuu Long Basin and includes two oil and gas discoveries: Rang Dong and Phuong Dong. Rang Dong was brought onstream in 1998, initially via an early production system (EPS) involving a floating production, storage and offloading unit (FPSO). A new PSC was signed in April 2025 under the new 2022 Petroleum Act.
