Block 17 is a deepwater block in the Lower Congo Basin, 130 kilometres offshore Angola. The Dalia field was the second commercial discovery on the Total-operated block. The Camelia accumulation was discovered in 1999 and is considered part of the same structure. Total developed Dalia/Camelia as the second production hub on Block 17.
