Yesterday, Encana announced that all four production wells at its long-awaited Deep Panuke project are flowing gas. Deep Panuke is the second offshore gas project to come onstream in Nova Scotia, following the ExxonMobil-operated Sable Offshore Energy Project, which began production over a decade ago.
