Centrica has acquired Total's share in a package of assets in the UK including Alba, Greater Armada Area, Everest, Monan, Mungo, the ETAP Central Processing Facility (CPF) and the Central Area Transmission System (CATS) for a consideration of US$388 million (£246 million).
