Chornomornaftogaz is legally a fully-owned subsidiary of Naftogaz, Ukraine's state-owned energy company. It has historically been responsible for Ukraine's upstream operations in the Black Sea and onshore Crimea.All the fields covered in this report are internationally recognised as being in Ukrainian territory.
