Crux
Report summary
Crux is a gas/condensate field located in the Ashmore-Cartier sector of the Bonaparte Basin. It was discovered by Nippon Mitsubishi in 2000. The field lies 100 kilometres northeast of the Echuca Shoals gas field and 150 kilometres northeast of the Prelude FLNG facility. The field will be developed using an unmanned platform tied back to Prelude FLNG.Crux entered FEED in February 2019, and FID was taken 30 May 2022.
