Report summary
Crux is a gas/condensate field located in the Ashmore-Cartier sector of the Bonaparte Basin and was discovered in 2000. The field lies 100 kilometres northeast of the Echuca Shoals gas field and 150 kilometres northeast of the Prelude gas/condensate field.In November 2014, Seven Group made a takeover bid for Nexus Energy which was approved by Australian regulatory authorities. The partners are investigating three development options.
