Report summary
On 18 March the partners of Israel's Tamar field signed a gas sales agreement (GSA) with Dolphinus Holdings Limited, a consortium of private Egyptian gas consumers and distributors. The GSA calls for the supply of 5 bcm of gas via the existing Eastern Mediterranean Gas (EMG) pipeline to Egypt. The terms of the GSA provide for an interruptible supply of surplus Tamar gas over a seven year period, with the buyer responsible for transportation via the EMG pipeline.
