Report summary
The WA-390-P permit comprises thirteen gas fields, discovered in deep water in the Carnarvon Basin, around 200 kilometres offshore Western Australia. In December 2022 Western Gas announced that they and the North West Shelf Project participants and Pluto LNG had entered into non-binding agreements to process Equus gas through the Karratha Gas Plant and Pluto Train 1 facilities.
