ExxonMobil exits Norway in US$4.5 billion Vår Energi deal

The exit brings an end to one of the industry's longest running stories – the Supermajor having been awarded the first ever licence on the NCS.ExxonMobil has achieved an attractive exit price: the US$4.5 billion consideration represents a significant premium to our valuation.
