The Golden Eagle Area contains the Golden Eagle, Peregrine and Solitaire oil fields. The fields lie 14 kilometres north of Buzzard in the Outer Moray Firth.The three fields were developed together, centred on a production, utilities and quarters platform (PUQ) and bridge-linked wellhead platform on Golden Eagle.
