Goliat
Report summary
The Goliat field was the first oil discovery in the Barents Sea. It is an oil and associated gas field located 50 kilometres southeast of the Snøhvit field on the eastern margin of the Hammerfest Basin. The Plan for Development and Operation (PDO) for Goliat was approved in June 2009.
