The Happy Valley field is a gas accumulation located in the Hilcorp-operated Deep Creek Unit on the Kenai Peninsula. Following Ninilchik in 2000, Happy Valley was the second commercial discovery made by Unocal on the southern Kenai Peninsula. The project passed to Chevron when it merged with Unocal in August 2005.
