Classified as a National Strategic Project, the Jambaran-Tiung Biru PSC is located onshore East Java. The Jambaran-Tiung Biru field originally straddled the ExxonMobil-operated Cepu PSC and Pertamina EP's neighbouring Java acreage. In March 2013, a unitisation agreement between the parties was signed that gave Pertamina EP an 8.06% share and the Cepu PSC partners a 91.94% share in Jambaran-Tiung Biru.
