Jambi Merang
Report summary
The area covered by the Jambi Merang Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) is located in the Musi Banyuasin district of South Sumatra. It includes the Pulau Gading and Sungai Kenawang fields plus a unitised 14% of the Gelam gas/condensate field. The JOA was originally operated by a Joint Operating Body (JOB) between Pertamina and Elf. At present, Pertamina holds 100% stake and operatorship.
