Report summary
Upstream licences in Jordan are awarded under production sharing contract terms (PSCs). We have based our analysis on the Production Sharing Contract of 2014. We have based our analysis on the Production Sharing Contract of 2014. Under this contract, most terms are biddable. Owing to its geography, Jordan only offers onshore terms. The NPC was created in 1996 but there is no mandatory government equity stake.
