Report summary
Juspi, Teotleco, and Arroyo Zanapa are part of the Macuspana-Muspac Pemex business unit. Pemex requested that the fields be migrated as a Pemex JV under license contract terms. The JV licensing round was originally scheduled to close in 2018 but was delayed until 2019. In June 2019, the Pemex board decided to desist from migrating the area into a contract, remaining as a concession operated by the NOC.
