Report summary
The Kakap PSC incorporates a group of oil and gas fields northwest of Natuna Island, the majority of which are currently producing. The KH, KF, KG and KRA fields have been developed via single, fixed platforms which feed a shared FPSO. Six smaller discoveries (KRN, KG-5AX, KR and Nelayan) were brought onstream in 1997/1998 as subsea tie-backs to the KRA platform.
