Equinor and SOCAR operate Azerbaijan's large offshore Karabakh oil and gas field via a 50:50 JV, Karabakh Joint Operating Company (KJOC). The Caspian Sea project is licensed under a Risk Service Agreement (RSA) that was awarded in 2018. Karabakh is yet to be developed.
