The Kasuri PSC is located onshore the Bomberai Peninsula, West Papua Province, and comprises three gas discoveries - Asap, Kido and Merah (AKM). Malaysia's Genting Berhad (Genting) is the operator with a 100% working interest in the PSC which expires in May 2038.The AKM fields are within 15 kilometres of the BP-operated Tangguh LNG facility. An initial Plan of Development (POD I) was submitted in July 2016 involving LNG export via a small near-shore floating LNG (FLNG) facility. ...
