Kharyaginskoye is Russia's second PSC project to come onstream and is located in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (AO). Zarubezhneft operates the field and holds a 90% stake, with the remaining 10% held by Nenets Oil Company. The PSC was signed in December 1995, with the first production in 1999.
