Kharyaginskoye is Russia's second PSC project to come onstream and is located in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (AO). Zarubezhneft operates the field, with Total and Statoil also participating in development.The PSC was signed in December 1995 with first production in 1999. It is valid for 20 years, with a possible extension to 33 years.
