Report summary
The Langsa field grouping comprising the H and L oil fields is located 50 kilometres offshore North Sumatra. The L field was brought onstream in November 2001, initially producing from two wells tied back to the leased MV8 Langsa Venture floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. The H field was brought onstream in March 2005 through the H-4 well. Production ceased in November 2017.
