Report summary
The Loango block is in the Lower Congo basin, in shallow water offshore Congo. Two fields were discovered: Loango and Mwafi-Loango. Both fields were exploited via one central processing platform on Loango and six wellhead platforms. Crude was piped via Zatchi to the Djeno terminal, where it was exported as part of the Djeno blend. The Mwafi field is unitised equally between the Mwafi and Loango blocks.
