The Logbaba gas field is in the Douala Basin in the eastern suburbs of Cameroon's largest city, Douala. The field was discovered by Elf Serepca in 1954. Victoria Oil & Gas became operator of the Logbaba licence when it acquired Bramlin in 2008.
