The Mari gas field is Pakistan's second largest gas field after the Sui field. It is located centrally onshore in the Middle Indus Basin and is operated by the Mari Gas Company Ltd (MGCL), which is owned by a consortium representing both public and private interests. The field development incorporates producing wells linked to two manifold stations.
