Libya's oil production approaches 600,000 b/d as shut-in fields in the eastern Oil Crescent restarted production for the first time since 2014. Algeria’s NOC Sonatrach have announced that it has won an arbitration case against Repsol. Oman launches licensing round for four blocks: three onshore and one large offshore exploration block.
