Libya works on a peace agreement, while Israel struggles to overcome gas regulatory issues. While Iraq plans to reduce investment in 2016, the KRG has announced plans to build three refineries. Developments in the Gulf move ahead, with ONGC submitting a plan for Farzad B in Iran, and Qatar tendering for offshore platforms at Bul Hanine. We also look ahead to the impact of Eni’s Zohr discovery in Egypt.
