Report summary
The Nelson oil and gas field lies directly southeast of the Forties field.It has been developed using a conventional standalone fixed steel platform with one subsea template.Oil is exported via a spurline to the Forties Pipeline System and onwards to Cruden Bay. Gas is exported via the Fulmar gas line to the Shell-operated terminal facilities at St Fergus.
