Neon and Goiá are part of Karoon's first operated development project in Brazil. The fields lie within the former S-M-1037, S-M-1101, S-M-1102 and S-M-1165 exploration licenses. In May 2018, the ANP approved the declaration of commerciality of Echidna and Kangaroo.
