On 29 April 2021, Wood Mackenzie hosted our highly successful annual Nigeria Energy Briefing for the seventh year – this time virtually. Our experts provided thought-leading insights on the biggest issues facing investors in Nigeria including the Petroleum Industry Bill, the Energy Transition and our view on the future of gas and renewables. We were also joined by a panel of industry experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with the Energy Transition in Nigeria. An interview with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)'s Group General Manager of Corporate Planning and Strategy, followed the event.
