Report summary
The Northern Lights project is located 100 kilometres to the northeast of Fort McMurray in the Athabasca oil sands region of northeastern Alberta. The Northern Lights acreage is estimated to contain 1.67 billion barrels of bitumen in place. If commercialised, the oil sands will be developed through open-pit mining.
